How long does order delivery take?
We process customer orders on working days from Monday to Friday.
- If you placed your order by 12:00 GMT+2 on a working day, the products will most likely be shipped the same day.
- If the order arrived after 12:00 GMT+2 on a working day or was placed during the weekend or on a holiday, we will process it on the first working day after the order date.
- Remember that delivery time depends on the company providing the delivery – it may be up to 7 working days after confirmation of the order.
- In exceptional cases, if the product is out of stock in our warehouse, the delivery time may be longer. You will be informed in each such case.
